For several decades I have been making detailed plans for our road trips within Europe.

For practical reasons I have chosen within the borders of Europe because we travel with a motorhome and the distances within Europe are manageable, in addition, Europe has a wealth of special destinations in terms of history and culture and a phenomenal diversity of nature.

Due to the relatively small area of many European countries on a total area of 10,180.00 km², the cultures are very variable and large differences can therefore be observed within a few hundred kilometers. These differences make a trip special and interesting.

As well as nature, such as for example the difference between the Scottish lochs and the Norwegian fjords as an example  

The road trips have an average of 10 stops / camping stops, om  to be able to visit as many interesting places as possible, we use the first 2 and the last 2 days to bridge the greatest distances
